Our fees

Legal work is complex and it is often difficult to accurately estimate the amount of time that will be involved in any given matter. In order to create more certainty over fees, LEDA Lawyers offers a combination of hourly billing and fixed-fee family law services.

The LEDA Lawyers difference

With our fixed-fee services, we offer certainty to our clients up front and at each stage of their matter. We charge a fixed amount for the completion of a particular piece of work or the progression of your matter to a particular stage in the process.

This approach prioritises efficiency and focuses on delivering outcomes for our clients. We value the result, not the time it takes to achieve it.

For work that falls outside the scope of our fixed-fee services, we charge on an hourly basis or part thereof.
