For family law matters, we operate on a traditional hourly billing model. We charge for the time spent working on your matter, including meetings, phone calls, correspondence, preparation of documents, and court appearances. Our team will provide you with clear information about our hourly rates at the outset and keep you regularly updated on your legal costs as your matter progresses.

Where possible, we will also provide cost estimates to help you plan and make informed decisions.
